This page is for the Y.E.S. team, not for the public website. It shows what you will see inside WordPress after launch.

1. Donor pays
Razorpay processes the payment (UPI, card, net banking, monthly auto-pay).

2. Saved automatically
Razorpay confirms the payment to the website, which saves it in the Donations database. Nothing is typed by hand.

3. Added to FluentCRM
The donor becomes a contact with tags and totals, so thank-you and update emails go out automatically.

Automatic emails: thank-you after every gift · monthly donor welcome · "make it monthly" invite · payment-problem reminder · quarterly impact update · volunteer welcome. All email wording is approved by Y.E.S. before switching on.
What is stored where
- Donations database: every payment, amount, cause, status, receipt (the financial record)
- FluentCRM: people and relationships (donors, volunteers, interns, CSR leads, enquiries)
- Fluent Forms: every form entry, also sent to FluentCRM
Privacy
- PAN is stored encrypted and never sent to the CRM
- Only Y.E.S. admins can see or export donor data
- Donors get marketing emails only if they tick "send me updates"
