What we have, and what we still need

1. A few quick confirmations

• Office address spelling: your document and the CSR-1 letter say "87, Chanditala Road", while the 12A, 80G and NGO Darpan documents say "Chanditala Lane". Could you please tell me which one is correct? Google needs the address to be exactly the same everywhere. Where: footer, Contact page, Google listing.
• WhatsApp number: which of your two numbers is on WhatsApp, 98748 73613 or 82964 96847? I will add a WhatsApp button once you confirm. Where: Contact page and the mobile "Call / WhatsApp" bar.
• Email: I have kept info@youempowersociety.org on the website. Could you please confirm someone checks this inbox regularly, so no donor message is missed?
• Team photos and roles: could you please confirm who currently holds the roles of Chairperson, Treasurer and General Secretary, and share a clear photo of each team member, including Sumaiya Khatun and Shamshad Salahuddin? The photos on the current website are not labelled with names, so I did not want to place anyone's photo under the wrong name. Where: About page, team section, and the leadership block on the Home page.
• Kamran Hamid's title: NGO Darpan lists Kamran Hamid as General Secretary, while your document describes him as a Board Member. Could you kindly let me know which title you would like me to show on the website? Where: About page.

2. A personal message from Sabiha Hamid (important)

• Three or four lines in Sabiha's own words: why Y.E.S. was started, what a donor's support makes possible, and an invitation to get in touch or visit. A first-time donor reads this before deciding to give, so it builds a lot of trust. I am happy to send a rough draft for her to edit if that helps. Where: Home page, under "Who leads Y.E.S."

3. Documents

• Trust registration certificate (PDF): I am showing the number in the NGO Darpan format, IV-1603-00247/2021. Your note mentions it was also written as 160300247/2021, so please check the exact number on the original certificate and send a copy. Where: Transparency page, next to the 12A, 80G and CSR-1 certificates.
• Annual report and audited accounts: nothing needed now. The website honestly says they will be added once ready.

4. Online donations through Razorpay

• The new donation form will connect to your existing Razorpay account, so donors can pay by UPI, cards or net banking inside the form, and every donation is recorded automatically with the donor's details for the 80G receipt. A separate UPI ID or QR code is not needed, because Razorpay already includes UPI.
• Could you please add me as a team member in your Razorpay dashboard (Settings, then Team), so I can connect the website securely? Please do not send API keys or passwords on WhatsApp or email.
• For the "Give monthly" option, Razorpay Subscriptions needs to be active on your account. I can check this once I have access. Where: Donate page and every donation box on the site.

5. Stories and photos

• Syed Jamal Ahmed and Rania Javed: their stories are on the website exactly as you wrote them. Could you please send a photo of each, and check with them once that they are happy to have their name, story and photo on the website? A simple "yes" from them on WhatsApp is enough. No form is needed. Where: Home page (Jamal) and About page, "Stories" section (both).
• Artisan Lab photos: two of the jewellery and stitching photos look like stock images. If you have real photos of your own trainees or trainers at work, please share them. Real photos build far more trust. Where: Artisan Lab page and Home page.

6. Programme details

• Project Horizon (Betberia): one or two lines on what it was, roughly when it ran and who it helped. It is mentioned in Hamid Rasool's profile and in the list of places where you work, so visitors will want to know what it is. Where: Our Work page and the Budge Budge page, "Areas of operation" table.
• Darzi by Y.E.S.: is it running now, or still planned? Where: Our Work page and About page, programme status.
• Market model: your text about You Empower Pvt Ltd buying the finished products is on the Artisan Lab page as you wrote it. Please let me know you are comfortable with this being public. Where: Artisan Lab page.
• Directions to the office: a nearby landmark, bus stop or station, so visitors and CSR teams can find you easily. Where: Budge Budge page and Contact page.
• Internships: how long an internship runs, what kind of work interns do, whether there is a stipend, and whether interns get a certificate. Where: Join Us page.

7. Programme costs

• Training one woman for one month
• One sewing starter kit
• One jewellery starter kit
• One ration kit
• One blanket

Once I have these, the donation boxes can show, for example, "₹1,000 trains one woman for a month". Donors give more confidently when they can see exactly what their money does. Where: Donate page cost table, and next to every donation amount.

8. Three questions for your chartered accountant

• Deduction rate: is it correct that donors can claim 50% of their donation to Y.E.S., within the usual limit of 10% of their income? Where: 80G guide, Donate page.
• Receipt and Form 10BD/10BE: who will prepare the 80G receipts and file Form 10BD each year, and how many days after a donation can a receipt be sent? I will prepare the receipt layout with all the required details for your CA to check once. Where: Donate, Transparency and Thank-you pages.
• New Income-tax Act, 2025: the new Act came into force on 1 April 2026. Please ask your CA to confirm the correct section to mention on receipts from now on, and to read the 80G guide page once. Where: 80G guide page.
